Accessibility

Our commitment to accessibility is ongoing. We always strive to improve the experience in our services for people with disabilities, whether they are our employees, customers, or partners.

The 4 Pillars of Accessibility

The international standard governing accessibility is WCAG (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines), based on four principles:

  1. Perceptibility: The information and interface components should be presented in a way that users can perceive them (e.g., alternative text for images for those who are visually impaired).

  2. Operability: The website should be navigable using different devices (e.g., someone who doesn't use a mouse should be able to navigate using only the keyboard).

  3. Understandability: The content and operation of the interface should be easy to understand (e.g., clear language and error messages that help the user).

  4. Robustness: The website should function well across different devices and assistive technologies (such as screen readers).
